MARSALA COOKING CLASS
Join a half-day Sicilian culinary experience at a villa in the beautiful hills of Marsala, looking out at the Egadi islands panorama.
Learn to make fresh pasta, traditional pasta sauces from the region, and a selection of antipasti and main courses.
We will enjoy wines from local vineyards throughout the class, during and after our meal.
PALERMO COOKING CLASS
Learn to make traditional dishes from Palermo in the heart of the historical centre, including fresh pasta, sauces and fish dishes.
All fresh ingredients will be bought together at the local market.
Wine, snacks and a special Sicilian spritz will be provided, as well as dessert and dessert wine at the end.
