Awesome cooking class. The trip to the market was great. We made handmadr busiate pasta with pesto alla trapanese which was fantastic. Chef G was clear and patient and explained everything, and made the class fun. Would definitely do it again.

I booked Giulia’s cooking class while on holiday with my boyfriend, we’re both foodies and couldn’t recommend it enough! Giulia was so welcoming and a great teacher. As a group we made 3 courses and enjoyed them together at the end. A truly beautiful afternoon in Palermo!

We had a lovely day learning to cook typical Sicilian dishes in a beautiful home setting. The atmosphere was really relaxed and we ate our creations on the terrace in the sunshine. I particularly appreciated how the menu was tailored to our own dietary preferences.

I absolutely loved Giulia's cooking class. The food was fantastic, the teaching was clear, and the history of the dishes made were fascinating - the wine hit the spot too!

Fresh local ingredients, a welcoming
and funny host, and a lovely escape. We cooked some fresh pasta and Sarde a beccafico - both of which I will be recreating with my partner.

I would absolutely recommend G to anyone who wants to fill an afternoon and learn a thing or two on the way :)

What a great day (and I mean day) after meeting in the market in the morning for fresh ingredients we went back to Giulia’s apartment. Where the fun begins. Free flowing wine as we prepare a 3 course lunch. I was stuffed by the end and ready for a nap. All the recipes are super easy to make and I’m looking forward to making some home made pasta back home. I highly recommend cooking with G if you want an authentic pasta making experience in Palermo

We had the BEST time ever. G was so amazing and such a fun instructor. We both had one of the best meals our entire trip in Italy and learned so much that we are taking back with us ❤️ definitely sign up you won’t regret it!!

Anyone who is lucky enough to visit Palermo absolutely should take this class with Giulia! It was a great experience that felt like cooking with a friend. The food was delicious and the wine was plentiful. Each dish was to die for and gave us a little taste of Sicily. I would certainly take it again. Not only do you learn how to make delicious meals for yourself, but you make friends a long the way. 11/10 experience!

We had a fantastic time with G. Food was delicious and more than enough. We had good wine, talks and I loved to spend the time with G. With the recipe cards I already made some Pasta at home, my family loved it. I highly recommend this authentic cooking class in Palermo!!

We had the best time Cooking with Giulia, the location was stunning. Genuinely, it was some of the best food we ate in the area and the best part was that we made it with our own two hands. Giulia was so friendly and shared lots of great recipes that were new to us but also simple enough that we'll be able to make them at home. We learned lots about the local area and tried some amazing wines. Would 100% recommend if you're in the Marsala or Palermo areas and are looking for an authentic, relaxed cooking class.

We had an amazing time at G‘s Cooking Class in Marsala. She was an amazing host and told many stories about the well chosen Recipes or Sicily in General. If you’re taking part in the cooking class in Marsala, you can even visit the garden with lots of local products.

The food was amazing & easy to prepare. And of course, there’s a lot of wine too if you don’t have to drive. Save to say, that you’re leaving happy, slightly drunk and with a new Sicilian chef as a friend ☺️

One of our best experiences on our vacation in Sicily! Giulia and Chiara welcomed us to their home in Marsala, a beautiful location with a great view.
The 3 courses of the menu were well chosen and had real taste highlights. We felt very welcome and learned not only how to make fresh pasta in a family environment, but also new recipes and tricks of Sicilian cuisine. Really very authentic!

We are looking forward to trying the pasta at home 😊
