Absolutely not! My classes are suitable for all, from complete beginners, to curious cooks and those who are more seasoned in the kitchen.

We can adapt our menu and recipes for people who are vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or lactose intolerant. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate severe nut allergies or gluten intolerances.

The cooking classes are organised based on demand and are subject to availability. On the whole, classes take place Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, between 11am to 3pm.

Payment methods include PayPal, Revolut, Monzo or cash.

Fresh pasta making is a staple of every class. Other dishes vary depending on the seasons and available fresh produce. Examples of dishes include: caponata, pesto alla trapanese, fresh tomato sauce (alla norma), sword fish steaks, stuffed sardines.

Yes, children can be present and also participate in the classes. There is a discounted rate for children.

Unfortunately all of the classes include stairs and are therefore not accessibility-friendly.
