We can adapt our menu and recipes for people who are vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or lactose intolerance. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate severe nut allergies or gluten intolerances.

The cooking classes are organised based on demand and are subject to availability. On the whole, classes take place Monday-Sunday, 11am to 3pm.

The cooking classes usually last around 4 hours, starting at 11am and finishing at 3pm. If your class is private, timings can be flexible.

Payment methods include PayPal, Revolut, Monzo or cash.
Please note: a 50% deposit is at least 48 hours required in advance of the class and is subject to our cancellation policy.

Private classes are accepted subject to availability.
The minimum number of people in Palermo for a private class is 2 people.
The minimum number of people in Marsala is 4 people.

Unfortunately all of our classes and tours include stairs and are therefore not accessibility-friendly.

Fresh pasta making is a staple of every class. Other dishes vary depending on the seasons and available fresh product. Examples of dishes include: caponata, pesto alla trapanese, fresh tomato sauce, sword fish steaks, stuffed sardines.
